Originally my son and I started on another brand of cordyceps but we were not happy with the results. It made us so tired that if we sat still for more than a minute we were falling asleep. After about three weeks we changed to Swansons and noticed a difference immediately. We have so much more energy and our works outs are much better. I also noticed if I skip working out for a bit my muscles don't lose their shape as fast. We are both in better moods and can handle stress much better.
We both take three a day: two in the morning and one in the afternoon.
By the way, we started taking Swanson's COQ10 about a month ago, along with cordyceps.....even a bigger difference in energy! Someone suggested the combination of these two supplements to added energy and mental clairity....the perfect pair!
