Directions:  SHAKE WELL before each use.  
Adults and children ages 6 and over: Take 2 tablespoons (1 oz/30mL) daily. May be taken directly or mixed with water or juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Daily intake may be increased to 2 or 3 times per day. Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for freshness. Consume product within 60 days after opening.
